Eric has extensive experience in all phases of hotel operations and development with a background in systems development. He is responsible for growing the Lincoln family of properties through acquisition and development with partners that share the principles outlined in our mission statement. His varied background, outstanding service skills and personal ownership of other business interests, makes him an excellent liaison to tie together the owners' interests and the unique capabilities of Lincoln Asset Management. His excellent people skills and insistence upon high-quality results help him to work effectively with city planning officials, neighbors and members of the real estate community.
