 SPHR – VICE PRESIDENT
As Vice President, Eve works closely with her Regional Managers to oversee all aspects of operations on multiple hotels, including the management of remodel and new construction projects. She is also responsible for all financial documentation including profit and loss statements, annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly reports for owners. Eve’s strongest assets are her ability to work with highly detailed information, communication and her knack for financial and systems analysis. She manages monthly and weekly operational meetings and works closely with Torre Morgal and Nicole Morgal on all financing, design and development endeavors. Eve also brings to LAM experience in professional consulting in the areas of human resources, legal compliance and payroll, along with a SPHR certification.
