Torre’s foundation with the hospitality industry started years ago with his family’s small motel business which consisted of two small independent properties. Today, this family business is now a thriving hotel management organization specializing in repositioning, operations and development. Torre brings to the table strong leadership qualities combined with an ability to accurately assess the competition and a unique understanding of market conditions. His leadership has made Lincoln Asset Management one of the Northwest’s largest management companies. Torre has been responsible for developing and implementing property repositioning strategies, managing new construction, remodeling projects, and overseeing all hotel operations. As president of Lincoln Asset Management, Torre is highly skilled at contract and franchise negotiations. His financial skills have been honed in the arena of hospitality banking by successfully facilitating numerous loan transactions with financial institutions for the purposes of buying, refinancing and developing hotels. Torre has a particular skill in assessing the competition and has an uncanny ability to analyze exactly what works and why. He uses that ability to reposition the properties to outperform their competition. |

Eric has extensive experience in all phases of hotel operations and development with a background in systems development. He is responsible for growing the Lincoln family of properties through acquisition and development with partners that share the principles outlined in our mission statement. His varied background, outstanding service skills and personal ownership of other business interests, makes him an excellent liaison to tie together the owners' interests and the unique capabilities of Lincoln Asset Management. His excellent people skills and insistence upon high-quality results help him to work effectively with city planning officials, neighbors and members of the real estate community. |

CHA - VICE PRESIDENT
As Vice President, Nicole works closely with her Regional Managers to oversee all aspects of operations on multiple hotels, including the management of remodel and new construction projects. She is also responsible for all financial documentation including profit and loss statements, annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly reports for owners. Nicole’s strongest assets are her efficiency, resourcefulness and her ability to create a positive working environment for all team members. She manages monthly and weekly operational meetings and works closely with Torre Morgal and Eve Jakoboski on all financing, design and development endeavors. Nicole grew up in the hospitality industry and has over 12 years of professional experience in this field. She has an easy spirit and uses her degree in psychology to effectively work with all temperaments and dispositions.

SPHR – VICE PRESIDENT
As Vice President, Eve works closely with her Regional Managers to oversee all aspects of operations on multiple hotels, including the management of remodel and new construction projects. She is also responsible for all financial documentation including profit and loss statements, annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly reports for owners. Eve’s strongest assets are her ability to work with highly detailed information, communication and her knack for financial and systems analysis. She manages monthly and weekly operational meetings and works closely with Torre Morgal and Nicole Morgal on all financing, design and development endeavors. Eve also brings to LAM experience in professional consulting in the areas of human resources, legal compliance and payroll, along with a SPHR certification. |

As a Regional Manager for Lincoln Asset Management, La Wanda oversees both coastal and corporate hotels. She is responsible for hotel operations, annual budget creation, advertising, promotions and marketing. She also manages her properties operational budgets to assure adherence and reviews monthly financial reports. She has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and excels in the areas of rate management and back of the house operations. La Wanda has a special flair for guest relations, making each guests stay memorable. |

She has a special flair for team development, creating empowered and dedicated team members. |

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
For over 30 years Dorson Jackson has held a visible presence in the construction community. A third generation General Contractor, Dorson excels in high-end custom design and construction and thrives on maintaining solid customer relationships, along with exceptional attention to detail and quality. Project experience includes: two Black Angus restaurants in Ohio, 26 Spoons restaurants in California, retail, office buildings, various healthcare facilities, multi family resort and residential, hotels, all facets of renovation, educational, religious, and warehouse facilities with project sizes aspiring to 10+ million dollars. |
