Our services are tailored to the unique needs of each client and project. At present we have several new hotel projects underway and in various phases of hotel construction or development and several remodel projects.

Preconstruction Consulting

  • Pre-design budgeting
  • Design specs and drawing review
  • Purchase order placement and reporting
  • Shipment monitoring & expediting
  • Invoice approval and draw preparation
Project & Construction Management
  • Project management staff with an average 25 years experience.
  • Project management support one or all phases of construction: pre-construction, construction phase services and project close-out
  • On-site monitoring and progress reporting provided at regular intervals
Design-Build/Finance
  • Having our own in house design service; LCC can assist its clients with preliminary budget development to help during the acquisition and preconstruction phase and then develop the interiors to meet that budget. Analysis of the project is done with an eye toward design and maintaining creativity in each hotel tier brand.
General Construction
  • The seamless integration of design and engineering is of prime importance in our industry. Our clients visions are transformed into construction documents, engineering estimates and finally into a tangible completed project. At every step of the way, LCC administrative services monitor project budgets, time tables and manage local and federal governmental relations.
Remodel
  • Over the last 25 years we have completed many exterior façade & interior modification projects. The revitalization of the front of the hotel is a huge advantage to the asset in attempting to let the public know that something new has happened inside too! Utilizing our extensive range of abilities, LCC will manage, direct and coordinate the entire planning process from design and approval to construction and all related aspects of the renovation.
FFE Installation
  • Since LCC travels with a consistent employee based staff, the men who show up at your job are knowledgeable as to the most efficient methods and means of transporting your new FF&E into the jobsite for installation. Along with these men we have skilled carpenters who artfully install these goods in their designated locations.

LCC has the ability to bring any construction project to market quickly and with fewer roadblocks than many larger corporations. As developers, owners and managers, we understand the business-critical aspects of construction management and optimization.

LCC takes great pride in our extensive experience and hands-on partnership. We work closely with all parties throughout the project lifecycle-from consulting municipalities to obtaining permits from city and government officials-to ensure the project is done as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
